Building Your SEL Toolbox

Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) consists of self and social-awareness, self-regulation relationships skills, and making responsible decisions. SEL is the umbrella that can guide our processes in addressing school mental health, school climate, positive behaviour approaches, and growth mindset. Experience hands-on cooperative games and activities that address both the broad and specific foundations of SEL.
